Mandarine accents

Pera podrida (Rotten pear)

Ikebana and the art of photographing it

Ikebana is an art of arranging plants and flowers in containers, creating a mood and a composition with vegetal material. Ikebana is also image if it's immortalized as a moment in time. Both arts, ikebana and photography share common features, composition, perspective, point of interest, light and shade. An ikebanist should choose to perfect his art of filming his floral compositions. That is he should be a complete artist. Here is an exhibition of floral design photographed by an artist photographer.
